Eligibility
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item should be in new condition, unused, and returned in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.
Exchange Reasons
- Wrong size ordered (e.g., safety footwear, gloves, helmets).
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Defective product upon delivery.
Process
- Contact our customer service with order details.
- Choose a replacement product (subject to availability).
- If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference. If lower, the remaining amount will be given as store credit.
