Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item should be in new condition, unused, and returned in original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.

Exchange Reasons

  • Wrong size ordered (e.g., safety footwear, gloves, helmets).
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Defective product upon delivery.

Process

  1. Contact our customer service with order details.
  2. Choose a replacement product (subject to availability).
  3. If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference. If lower, the remaining amount will be given as store credit.
